We all have a dream: to live a healthy, happy life. A life that’s long, rich, vibrant, full of energy and excitement.
Would you like to be fitter, lighter, stronger, more confident, more alive?
You’d like to change something about your body, your state- of- mind, your physiology. You feel you need a change!
But, what are you prepared to do about it?
The issue of body-weight is a huge concern for the 21st. Century. We read, hear and see it all around us. Obesity became the ‘trillion $ disease & industry ‘, with high social costs in health and lost production. These costs are shared with each and every one of us.
Being overweight or obese increases the risk of hypertension, heart disease, stroke, osteo-arthritis, diabetes, cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
And if the first word that comes to mind is diet, here is a secret diet-food companies don’t want you to know:
93% of dieters fail to keep the weight off for longer than 18 months.
The brutal truth is that if you can’t work out what emptiness you’re filling within yourself by eating, then there’s no diet in the world that can help you. The heavier you are – the more inadequate, low self-esteem and ashamed you feel.
Today I live in a phenomenally active body and a sound mind enabling me to live my purpose: instilling self-love in women, challenging their ‘comfort zone’ so they get to live life on their own terms. I am an international author. My #1 bestseller book, titled: “fit mind fab body. No diet weight loss for busy women “, dedicated traveller, an avid bush-walker and in my spare time, playing the saxophone: a fantastic hobby… highly recommended.
But it wasn’t always this way.
Earlier in life I was 30 kg overweight with all the misery, fear and shame that goeswith it. Until I decided that I deserve more because there must be more to life. As a mind / body fitness expert, I coach/ train women that everything begins in the mind. We all have all the informationavailable however transformation is needed and definitely not another diet. Health is, naturally, a super high value in my life and fun, too. Stress is a killer.
I did the mental, emotional, physical work: de-cluttered my brain from unnecessary beliefs and strengthen my body by exercising outdoors, in fresh air, seeing the sky, feeling the grass under bare feet, having birds for company.
As I did the work, achieved my goals i’m so passionate to share with women how they, too, can wear cloths in one or more sizes smaller, reduce taking tablets and medication, stop avoiding mirrors and have fun life, because they deserve it.
Physical activity is directly related to longevity and with all the many benefits , women are resisting, reluctant to move their body, allowing ‘mental blocks’ , beliefs such as exercise is hard, boring , sweaty, too young / too old and many more, to stop them.
As a passionate, experienced transformational leader I inspire busy women to love themselves through health & wellness. I find mind-set to ‘make or break’ every aspect in life. Remember the inner dialog translates to the outer dialog so be sure to create an honest, powerful, self-loving language.
For accountability, support and structure I combined my many years of experience and passion and created holistic, personal and group programs for women. Pilates and active dancing classes are the perfect combination to demonstrate the ‘power of more’: more health, energy, confidence, “me” time, fun.
As there is so much information not enough transformation I wrote a #1 bestselling book titled; ‘ fit mind fab body. No- diet weight loss for busy women ‘, written with love and understanding for women who wish to live in their dream, fab body, but, not sure how to develop a supportive, fit mind, to lead them to successful results. A practical, step-by-step guide to a healthy, long, strong, fun life.
In closing:
- Live with an attitude of gratitude. Take nothing for granted.
- There are only two times in life: now and too late. Don’t wait any longer to achieve the goals your heart desires.
- You can’t pour from an empty cup. You must take care of yourself first,
Because… if you don’t have your health, nothing else really matters.
To your health,
Terry Bahat,
